Who is Le Fussy?
We are a couple comprised of one fussy design director, foodie and Franchophile
plus one fussy multi-talented artist and dessert fiend.
The Parisian macaron (ma-krr-ann) continues to captivate us with its own fuss.
Flavors are sweet to savory, fruity to earthy, heavy and luxurious to floral and airy.
One macaron can carry you away in the moment into fleeting nostalgia or fantasy.
Two or three macarons whisk you away on a quick retreat from le quotidien (AKA the daily grind).

What is a macaron? A soft and chewy cookie made from egg white, sugar and almond flour with a fascinating history of variety, change and acclaim. Parisian-style macaron is presented with a ganache, buttercream or jam filling sandwiched between two of these cookies.
